SUMMARY OF SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

CONTINUING SPONSORSHIP:

For a contribution of $5,500.00 per year for three years, Continuing Sponsors will receive:

• Admission for six (6) people to the two-day Conference, which includes course materials, two continental breakfasts, two luncheons and two cocktail receptions (registration fee for the public is $1,390.00 per person or $8,340 for six);
  
  
• Recognition as a Continuing Sponsor in the course materials distributed at the Conference (this will include one page of material submitted by you describing your organization);
  
  
• Recognition as a Continuing Sponsor in an animated presentation that appears on the Home Page of the Conference website, www.fordhamipconference.com, each time the Home Page is accessed (annual sponsorships are listed in the sponsor section but not on the Home Page);
  
  
• Recognition as a Continuing Sponsor on the website's Sponsor Page which lists all Continuing and Annual Sponsors, along with a link to your website;
  
  
• Invitation for three (3) to the dinner for the Conference faculty on Wednesday, March 26 (annual sponsorship provides one invitation); and
  
  
• Consultation as to the scope, subject matter and format of the Annual Conference, including an invitation to a sponsor luncheon to discuss the conference.
  
  
• The price of $5,500 per year will not increase for the three years of a Continuing Sponsor's commitment.
  
  
• Organization's logo on display at the conference on a foam poster-board with other Continuing Sponsors.
  
  

ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP:

For a contribution of $3,500.00 for one year (amount subject to annual increase), Annual Sponsors will receive:

• Admission for three (3) people to the two-day Conference, which includes course materials, two continental breakfasts, two luncheons and two cocktail receptions (registration fee for the public is $1,390.00 per person or $4,170.00 for three);
  
  
• Recognition as an Annual Sponsor in the course materials distributed at the Conference (this will include one page of material submitted by you describing your organization);
  
  
• Recognition as an Annual Sponsor on the Conference website, www.fordhamipconference.com, along with a link to your website;
  
  
• Invitation for one (1) to the dinner for the Conference faculty on Wednesday, March 26; and
  
  
• Consultation as to the scope, subject matter and format of the Annual Conference, including an invitation to a sponsor luncheon to discuss the conference.
  
  
• Organization's logo on display at the conference on a foam poster-board with other Annual Sponsors.
